The concave earth CAN be considered to be flat in that it is an ellipsoid of revolution expanded to infinity (almost) so that its sides are essentially flat. Perhaps admittedly such would mean that he is wrong, and then he wouldn't be able to LORD it over everyone (pun intended)! And using his corollary, if he is wrong on the concave/flat earth then he is probably wrong on the LORD Christ part, and probably wrong on the prophecy part!! LOL!

Acenci, I think you were right when you posted this on The Flat Earth Society forum. And no wonder you were kicked off of it. You were right and they couldn't have too much truth and unanswered questions.
I checked out the Flight Manager link you provided which does indeed show that the flight time from Sydney, Australia (SYD) to Santiago, Chile (SCL) is 13 hours and 35 minutes at 460 knots. At the 12.5 hour stated flight time the speed would be 490.8 knots which is in line with the long range maximum cruising speed of 490 knots. Then I checked the distances for both a round earth and a flat earth with my spreadsheet. See the attached file for a screen print of the calculations.
For the latitudes and longitudes of the two locations my calculator shows the distance of a flat disc earth (FE) and a round/spherical earth (RE). The flat earth is calculated using a flat plane and Cartesian coordinates, whereas the spherical earth surface distance is calculated using the standard earth radius and spherical trigonometry. My distance for a round earth is 6,129.85 nautical miles compared to 6,135.01 n.m., whereas for a flat earth the distance is over twice that or 13,880.96 nautical miles.
Therefore the speed of an airplane from SYD to SCL on a flat earth would be 13,880.96 n.m / 12.5 hours = 1,110.5 knots. Houston, we have a problem. The maximum cruising speed of a Boeing 747-400 is only 507 knots! It's maximum range is only 7,284 nautical miles--only half of the distance!
Airlines could save billions if FE was correct and they adjusted routes to fit.

I found this problematic flight for our theory, in that from Sydney(Australia) to Santiago(Chile) this direct flight only takes 12 hours and 30 minutes, which seems in line with the spherical earth theory.
Please help me out, because I can't find an explanation for this, although I am still convinced of the earth being flat. The curvature formula vs. the photos and videos proves to me that the earth is flat, but this flight (the only one in contrast with our theory) poses a problem that we need to solve.
This, too, seems to confirm that the flight takes as much time as it can only take with a spherical earth:

I mean, we do have a problem. The amount of shills on this forum seemed to confirm to me the flat earth, but now I realize that they may all be people who love science and enjoy arguing. Or people who like ganging up on minorities. But... we do have a problem.
The curvature formula (when compared to existing pictures and videos) still proves flat earth, but we definitely need to debunk this flight.
And if we cannot debunk this flight, and these flights do exist and they go as fast as they claim, flying over the path they claim, then we need to revise our official flat earth map:

Flat-earthers, this flight seems to exist and so our mainstream flat-earth map must be wrong. Let us quickly address this problem and find a solution. Please someone answer me. This is not acceptable. And the famous UN map, which supposedly represents the real flat earth map, must be wrong, too.
