Regarding your question, I am not positive that he is Bill Hicks, nor positive that he is not Bill Hicks.
Regarding the question "why", my answer is the same answer as to why do secret agents play different roles in different missions around the world? He would be playing different roles to further an agenda of controlled opposition.

flat earth truthFine, but I am sure Alex didn't appear out of the blue, so his friends and relatives should also be in the conspiracy. It seems very complicated. What end does it accomplish? How can he be a secret agent if he is a public figure? I can't deny the similarity though.

The idea that he is Bill Hicks means that all the people who knew Bill pretend they don't know he is Alex and all Alex's friends and family pretend they don't know that he used to be Bill Hicks. How likely is that? At the same time, while Bill Hick was already famous, Alex was still no one and he used to live his high school kid life which can definitely be confirmed by his teachers, classmates and everyone else who knew him at the time. So, this conspiracy could be real only if a great number of people are involved. That is why it is necessary to explain what the purpose of this conspiracy is. Otherwise, it doesn't justify the huge effort required to hide it.

Well, just like 911. It is a huge conspiracy, but I am positive that it wasn't Bin Laden. It was huge, and a lot of people who know aren't talking. People know they have to be quiet, and this knowledge gets reinforced by a few talkative ones being bumped off every once in a while.

How is it reasonable to assume that all his friends and family are into the conspiracy as well. Such huge conspiracies pretty much invalidate the existence of any conspiracies. If everyone is involved in a conspiracy it is really not a conspiracy! If only you don't know he is Bill Hicks, but everyone else does know and for some reason wants to hide it from you, it is not a conspiracy but a joke on you. The guys who supposedly reveal conspiracies which involve everyone else are doing something really strange. I don't understand why they are even sharing their findings if supposedly the others already know about it since they are a part of the conspiracy?

flat earth truthI don't think it is just like 911. This is totally different. Please tell me who wins if Alex Jones is Bill Hicks? How is it important? What goals are they trying to achieve assuming it is a real thing? There are many hypothetical reasons for 911 to be an inside job, but I can't see any for Alex Jones to be Bill Hicks and hiding it.

Alex Jones aka"foghorn leg horn" is he bill hicks? Find a profile picture of each and look at theirs ears, that will in fact answer the question, are they the same man? Ears are different like fingerprints.
