Well according to tons of conspiracy sources (many that are not flat earth), you cannot travel around Antarctica on your own. You will be shot on sight if you go too far. Yes, and that is why so many mountain climbers, for instance, visit every year to climb Mt Vinson, and as far as I know no one was shot. I have read on conspiracy sites that the queen of England is a reptilian and annunaki control the world governments. Again, how is this not based on rumors? Where is the evidence? By the way, since you said this is mentioned in many sources, could you please provide those sources? A couple would do. Well right off the top of my head, Matt Boylan and Mark Sargent both said that Antarctica is protected by military power. Now again if someone thinks that both of them are totally amiss or even frauds, then that takes us back to the original problem. Who do we believe? I have decided for myself. I can't convince you or anyone of anything, if they don't want to be convinced. I can only speak for me. Zhub's map doesn't work based on what I have learned from all of this. The flight times will never work on his map. But that is my research, my understanding of what I have learned. What I call learning and research, might be considered to be neither of those in your opinion. So it's an exchange of ideas. I can't prove any of it to you, to your satisfaction. Yes, we're just discussing and it is hopefully a friendly exchange of ideas Mark and Matt are both flat Earthers, you said that the information comes also from many sources which are not flat Earth affiliated. As for who we should believe, in my opinion, we shouldn't believe anyone, but we should think for ourselves. So far, Mark or Matt have less credibility regarding Antarctica than the scientists who work there or even the cooks at the South pole station |

Well one thing is for sure that envirionmentalism thing is very fishy. I mean who gives a fuck about it on a bunch of Ice? There are no trees to cut, no rivers to poison.

Since when they care so much about the environment? They don't even protect the Amazon rainforest so much. It could be that since it is so isolated it is just easy to declare it a protected zone, but if there are natural resources it is strange they would not extract them in the name of environmentalism. |

I was just looking for Antarctica related material on Youtube and found the following video: Under the AntarcticaIt is funny how the video is called "Under the Antarctica", when Antarctica is supposed to be a continent covered by a thick ice sheet of several miles. The video shows the scientists at sea level playing with orcas and penguins. That is not Antarctica at all, but it might be somewhere in the area. |

In the wikipedia article about the South Pole, I find the following quote interesting: If it doesn't really snow do they have an explanation where all the miles thick ice cover came from? So the winds bring snow which shouldn't exist in the first place, because there is no precipitation? How can we get more snow from a limited amount of ice? 20 cm per year, this is 200 meters of snow for 1000 years, bearing in mind it is just the wind-blown snow which is already there? What? Am I reading it correctly? |

The Midnight Sun videos in Antarctica are edited and unconvincing. Yes, one can take a cruise to Antarctica and ride a Zodiac to shore and then mail a letter in a British mailbox that will have an Antarctican postmark. How does this prove Antarctica is not the barrier. Antarctica has peninsulas, low areas and mountains. It is not a 200 ft. ice wall for all 360 degrees. IMHO... |

I disagree with him, but I still posted it because LIT will like this video. He kept saying the same things for months. I don't agree with TigerDan at all. In fact, sorry if I offended you by putting you in the same category as him, although of course he is a great guy. I do agree that he probably has been superficial in posting so many videos without doing enough research. I don't think he's lying. It's just that making videos keeps you so busy that you don't have the time to do any research. Yeah, acenci, as usual you assume everyone is honest Anyway, TigerDan has been known to make false statements. For instance, he claimed that people fly directly from Sao Paulo to Sydney and when they do so they fly over Antarctica. First of all, currently there are no direct flights between these two cities, secondly, if you fly you wouldn't fly over Antarctica even in the globe model. Check the great circle: Sydney to Sao Paulo So his "research" is very unreliable, and he shouldn't be so convinced that he can debunk stuff if he fails to notice the inconsistencies in his own research. Oh, by the way, about your last comment that posting too many videos prevents you from doing quality research, well, it is not our fault, is it? What will you think of someone who makes tons of videos with no research? I would call such a person spammer. |

Yeah, we can go crazy when we don't use our heads. Before making wild accusations or debunking one should make sure they have real evidence. In most cases it is just mere speculation. Well, speculations are good as long as you don't consider them 100% truth, if you do, however, you might flip...Anyway, I guess the only way to verify all stories is to organize a trip to Antarctica. I am not sure it is that easy though. It would be nice if thousands of people get together and go to Antarctica that way it would be hard for anyone to stop them. It's time for real research not just some babbling on YT. I hope for this at least.
