This scientist has far and away the top electrical knowledge today, I believe. Especially on deducing the lost Tesla designs towards working reality. He talks a lot on history at first. He is the only living scientist on this subject.

Since you most likely don't listen to all his videos, Eric Dollard does some general evasion of answer about just who has demanded he stop all his Tesla work and they smashed 27 millions of his equipment and wrecked his labs many times. He has created a galaxy from nothing by accident. They might make him disappear. We are nothing more than an instantiation within a solipsistic simulation.
